This cause came on October 19, 2000, on defendant's plea to the jurisdiction of the court, plea of sovereign immunity, plea of the statute of limitations, and demurrer, and was argued by counsel.
Upon consideration whereof, and for the reasons stated in the letter opinion dated this date, it is --
ORDERED that defendant's plea to the jurisdiction of the court is overruled and its demurrer is sustained. The action is dismissed.
