The property tax exemption granted to the Lynchburg Fine Arts Center, Incorporated, by the 1964 legislature becomes effective June 26, 1964. There is no provision under the law for proration of 1964 taxes. Consequently, the exemption will first be in effect for the 1965 taxable year.
