This letter is in response to your communication of October 26, 1981, an application for correction of the department's July 29, 1981 assessment for sales tax against ****************. The assessment in question resulted from a sales tax audit of *********** for the audit period May 1, 1979 through December 31. 1980.
Subsequent to your application for correction, the audit was returned to our ******* District Office for adjustments. It is our understanding that you are now in agreement with the audit as adjusted.
Since no further objections remain concerning the Department's assessment of October 26, 1981 as adjusted, this matter is hereby closed.
