This will reply to your letter of March 1, 1985 requesting authorization to collect and remit sales tax for persons selling at the *****, the *****, and the *****.
Pursuant to the provisions of Sales and Use Tax Regulations Section 630-10-38, permission is hereby granted for ****** to remit sales tax on behalf of persons selling at the above mentioned flea markets. This authorization will continue in effect unless there is a change in the method of operation of such flea markets or, unless a request is made to revoke the authorization.
