FINAL ORDER
This day came the plaintiff, The Daily Press, Inc., by counsel, and the defendant, William H. Forst, Tax Commissioner, Virginia Department of Taxation, by the Attorney General of Virginia, and indicated to the Court that they had agreed upon dismissal of the above-styled matter with prejudice and requested that this matter be dismissed with prejudice.
In consideration whereof, the Court does ADJUDGE, ORDER, and DECREE that this action be, and it hereby is dismissed with prejudice without cost to the defendant.
