This is in response to your letter of July 22, 1988, in which you provided additional information in response to our letter of June 29, 1988. Based on your statement as to the title and authority of the trustee, we have concluded that is *********** a "trustee" within the meaning of §58.1-811(G) and that the deed of trust is exempt from recordation tax under §58.1-811(A)(2).
