This form is used by a locality to identify a bundle of returns that were keyed on-line as accelerated refunds and accepted by IRMS.
Instructions
Make copies of the form on GREEN paper.
1. Cut the two forms apart and use one half sheet for each bundle of accepted accelerated refund returns.
NOTE: The on-line keyer should enter the information in the appropriate fields on the LOCAL AR Accepted Document. The completed document is later attached to the bundle of returns before they are shipped to TAX.
