The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) form is used by Commissioners of the Revenue to request on-line access for their office to tax information in the Virginia Department of Taxation’s Integrated Revenue Management System. This agreement includes an option to request access to additional Individual Income, Sales, Withholding and Corporate Tax information and a certification of understanding of Section 58.1-3 of the Code of Virginia and Department of Taxation Disclosure and Safeguarding Policies.

Instructions
Fax the completed MOU form, along with any necessary attachments, to the Virginia Department of Taxation at (804) 367-3023. The MOU must be renewed annually to be effective January 1.
