IRMSWeb
IRMSWeb is to be used by external entities to access Virginia Tax's Integrated Revenue Management System (IRMS).
EESMC
The External Entity Secure Messaging Center (EESMC) is an application for external entities to send and receive files and reports from Virginia Tax in a secure manner.
VLC
The Virginia Learning Center (VLC) website is used to access the IRMS Training courses (for new employees or refresher training), as well as other training provided by Virginia Tax.
Test IRMSWeb and Test EESMC
Group A, Group B, Group C, Commissioner of Revenue, Treasurer Testing Group, Outside Collection Agencies, Courts Debt Set-Off and Department of Social Services Testing.
If your agency or locality is assigned to testing in Group A, Group B, Group C, a Commissioner of Revenue's office, a Treasurer's Office or an Outside Collection Agency's Office, then please use the following links to test the applications. Contact irms.support@tax.virginia.gov to be added to the list of approved ip addresses.
