On July 19, 2024, we released a formal Request for Proposal for a new, integrated tax administration platform and implementation services.

The release of the RFP is an important milestone in our agency’s journey to modernize our systems to support enhanced taxpayer service, expanded online self-service options, and efficient and fair administration of the Commonwealth’s tax code. We look forward to next steps as we work towards our vision of becoming the nation's leading tax administration agency by creating a customer-first focused culture based on accountability, collaboration, and trust.
